Payment

You can pay for your order using your credit/debit card or through PayPal. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express, you also have the option to pay via PayPal Express Checkout. 

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Delivery

Delivery charges vary, please see the table below to see shipping charges for your country.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Express delivery is available for $4.99 per order on orders to New Zealand

We may choose to dispatch your order using DHL Tracked services if the order is of high value/quantity, the decision to upgrade to a tracked service is made at our discretion.

Items are usually dispatched within 48 hours Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch. Orders are delivered by UPS or Royal Mail. All items are shipped from the UK, standard delivery time is approximately 6-12 working days. Express delivery is 4-10 working days.

Please note that certain items cannot be delivered because of their size or weight. All delivery times are averages and not guaranteed.

Regional Games/Consoles

All of our games will be compatible with PAL consoles which means they will work on New Zealand consoles, unless stated otherwise on the listing. A region-specific PSN/Xbox Live/Nintendo Network account may be required when ordering an item that contains downloadable content

All PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PS3, DS, PSP and Vita games are not region locked and will work in any country.
